Consensus Software Awards recognise Australian technology excellence at PwC Sydney
Sydney, 9 May 2019 — Australian-developed technology took centre stage at the first round of the 2019 Consensus Software Awards, presented at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) at Barangaroo in Sydney.
The Consensus Awards recognise Australian technology products through an independent evaluation process focused on innovation, performance and commercial potential.
ConnectiX Technologies Pty Ltd was named a 2019 Consensus Software Award Winner for ConnectiX, its integrated supply chain platform connecting asset owners, operators and contractors.
The judging panel highlighted the extensive market research behind ConnectiX and its identification of a clear gap in complex supply chain management. Judges also recognised the platform's potential to improve visibility, compliance and asset management across increasingly complex operating environments.
Two additional Australian technologies received Highly Commended recognition.
Holocentric was Highly Commended for CENTRO Assist, a SaaS compliance management platform designed to help organisations manage regulatory requirements, including those operating within Australia's NDIS and aged care sectors.
EncompaaS Pty Ltd was Highly Commended for EncompaaS, an enterprise information governance platform designed to help organisations manage regulatory compliance and information across on-premise and cloud environments.
The awards were presented at PwC's Barangaroo offices in Sydney, with Consensus Founder and CEO Julian Day pictured alongside the 2019 recipients.
Universal Business School Sydney hosted the final judging process, bringing together an independent panel of industry judges to evaluate the nominated technologies.
The May presentations marked the first of two rounds of Consensus Awards scheduled for 2019, continuing the Awards' longstanding mission of identifying and recognising innovative Australian technology.
