Effective date: 13 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern membership of Consensus 100, a business membership programme operated under the Consensus Awards brand.

By purchasing a Consensus 100 membership, the purchasing organisation agrees to the following terms.

1. Membership Overview

1.1. Consensus 100 is an annual business membership programme designed to facilitate professional networking, industry knowledge sharing, business promotion, commercial introductions and collaboration.

1.2. Membership is limited to a maximum of 100 active member organisations at any one time.

1.3. Membership is granted to the registered organisation, rather than an individual, and may be accessed by its directors, management and employees for legitimate business purposes.

1.4. Membership does not extend automatically to separate legal entities, subsidiaries, franchisees or affiliated businesses.

1.5. Consensus 100 reserves the right to verify business details and refuse or cancel membership where an applicant provides materially false information, subject to applicable law and any refund entitlements.

2. Membership Fees and Payment

2.1. The annual membership fee is AUD $1,850 plus GST, totalling AUD $2,035 including GST.

2.2. Membership fees are payable in full at the time of registration through the authorised Consensus Awards website.

2.3. Membership commences on the date payment is successfully processed, unless another commencement date is expressly confirmed in writing.

2.4. Membership remains valid for 12 months from its commencement date.

2.5. Membership fees cover access to the benefits specified in the applicable membership offer. Additional fees may apply to selected events, catering, ticketed activities or optional services.

2.6. No automatic annual renewal or recurring payment applies unless the member separately and expressly agrees to such an arrangement.

3. Organisation-Wide Membership

3.1. Membership benefits may be accessed by authorised representatives of the registered member organisation.

3.2. There is no additional membership fee for individual employees or directors of the same organisation.

3.3. Participation in individual events, workshops or networking sessions may require advance registration and may be subject to capacity limits.

3.4. Organisation-wide membership does not guarantee unlimited places at events or activities.

3.5. The member organisation is responsible for ensuring its representatives comply with these Terms & Conditions.

4. Membership Benefits

4.1. Consensus 100 provides benefits across five pillars: Connect, Learn, Promote, Access and Collaborate.

4.2. Benefits may include networking and industry events, expert briefings, business education, member promotional opportunities, directory listings, facilitated introductions, selected discounts and member-to-member collaboration.

4.3. The specific benefits and annual quantities included in a membership are those published on the Consensus 100 membership page at the time of purchase, subject to any clearly disclosed conditions.

4.4. Events and activities may be delivered in person or online. Reasonable changes to dates, venues, speakers or formats may occur.

4.5. Where a material change prevents delivery of a purchased benefit, Consensus 100 will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Australian law.

4.6. Membership does not guarantee new customers, referrals, sales, investment, partnerships, sponsorships or any particular commercial outcome.

5. Member Promotional Benefits

5.1. Members are entitled to the promotional inclusions specified in their purchased membership package, including:

  • Two dedicated Member Broadcasts annually.

  • Two editorial articles published on the Consensus Awards website annually.

  • One business directory listing.

  • Other member features and promotional opportunities where included or available.

5.2. Members are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful and appropriate content, images, logos, links and supporting materials.

5.3. Member Broadcasts are distributed by Consensus 100 through its authorised communications channels. Membership does not provide direct access to, or ownership of, Consensus mailing lists or contact databases.

5.4. Editorial articles and promotional content are subject to reasonable editorial standards, formatting requirements and approval. Consensus 100 may request revisions to material that is misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing or inconsistent with the programme's published content standards.

5.5. Members retain ownership of their original content and grant Consensus 100 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit for formatting, publish and promote approved content for programme-related purposes.

5.6. Promotional scheduling is subject to reasonable notice, agreed submission deadlines and available publication dates.

5.7. Members must submit materials within their membership period and comply with reasonable production deadlines. Where Consensus 100 is unable to deliver a purchased promotional inclusion for reasons within its control, an appropriate alternative or remedy will be offered.

5.8. Consensus 100 does not guarantee audience reach, email open rates, website traffic, enquiries, search engine rankings or sales resulting from promotional activity.
